These Terms of Sale (hereinafter "TOS") govern the sale of subscriptions to Safe Exit Business services offered to schools.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

Subscription prices are indicated in euros including tax on the website and may be modified at any time.

Payment is made by credit card via our secure payment provider Stripe.

Subscriptions are billed monthly.

4. Subscriptions and Renewal

Subscriptions are concluded for a period of one month, automatically renewable by tacit renewal.

The institution can cancel its subscription at any time from its administration area.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the institution has a period of 14 days from subscription to exercise its right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.

6. Termination

The institution can cancel its subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Warranties

Safe Exit undertakes to provide a service in accordance with the descriptions and features announced. In case of malfunction, the institution can contact us to obtain technical support.

8. Disputes and Mediation

These TOS are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, the institution may resort to consumer mediation in accordance with articles L. 611-1 and R. 612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
