Safe Exit offers mobile applications that allow:

• For parents: to report their arrival and track their children's pickup requests
• For institutions: to receive and manage student pickup requests

5. Access and Use Conditions

Access to services requires:

• A compatible mobile device (smartphone or tablet)
• An Internet connection
• Acceptance of these TOU
• For institutions: an active subscription

7. Liability

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These TOU are governed by French law.

In case of dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with common law rules.
